Our amazing product team strives to provide the most sustainable products for our Diyome community. If it’s on Diyome, you know it’s truly sustainable! Diyome accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay Installments. AfterPay is a way to split your purchase into four even, interest-free payments that you pay over multiple weeks.

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please email us at support@diyome.com with a photo of the issue, a photo of your packing slip, and your order number. Our small team will make it right!

By offering thoughtful products in a simple online store, we are able to reach people who may not have access to sustainable goods. Our packaging and shipping is plastic-free! Our goal is to make sustainable shopping so easy that everyone can do it – and we really mean everyone.

Coupons are valid for use within the statute of limitations period. Simply enter the coupon code at “Coupon Code or Gift Card Code” at checkout! Please note that our coupons are time-sensitive

If you find a lower price for a product up to 7 days after your purchase, contact us through our Live Chat or email us at support@diyome.com so we can help you out! Please note: The Best Price Guarantee only applies to the product price before tax + shipping. Send us a link to where you found the product with the cheaper price. To price match, the product needs to be the same item, color, size, etc. The item must be in stock and available from the other retailer. Site-wide discounts and personal discounts from other sites cannot be honored with the Best Price Guarantee. It must be a strikethrough discount.

Our small but mighty team will complete your order as quickly as it is placed. Because of this, we cannot always make adjustments to orders after they have been submitted. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please send an email to support@diyome.com with the subject line “Order Update” stating your order number and the changes you wish to make. We will do our best to make the right choice for you!

Product Questions

Diyome is open Monday – Friday and all packages will ship on business days only! Packages are not gaurenteed to ship out same day. Please check out the product page for specific shipping details. Any order placed after 3pm MST will be processed the next business day.

Why is my order packed in several different boxes?
Most of Diyome’s products are shipped directly from our warehouse in CA. However, some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, it is possible for your order to arrive in two or more boxes on different dates, depending on the items you order. If your items are shipped from different locations, you will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment. If you would like more information about how or when your specific order will be shipped, please reach out to us via Live Chat available 9 am-6 pm MST Monday-Friday or contact support@diyome.com.

All US orders which total $50 or more after any coupons or sales are applied are eligible for free shipping.

Diyome offers free returns for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in original product packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds: Items will be refunded to the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days, depending on the institution, to appear on your statement. Please note, original shipping costs and Route charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
